🌳How to Use MetaDAO

MeatDAO is a one-stop DAO social platform launched by the Armonia team in September 2022.

As an important part of the Armonia Meta Chain ecosystem, MetaDAO relies on the Armonia team's development and operation experience in the field of decentralized social networking. It integrates a number of composable and accessible DAO tools, which facilitates users to establish a multi-level, standardized organization structure, and meets users' needs in information interaction, incentive coordination, community governance and many other aspects.

According to the roadmap of the MetaDAO team, products such as DAO governance token tool and decentralized Twitter stream will be gradually integrated. DAO treasury management (convenient for managing community vaults) and third-party trading platform (such as Hotpot) will be involved, and high-quality DAO projects will be fully empowered and supported in funding and other dimensions.

1. Open MetaDAO. Click on the "Social" menu bar at the bottom of APLink, connect the wallet, and enter MetaDAO.

2. Create DAO. Open DAO -> Create DAO, fill in the basic DAO information, and submit. Currently, the cost of creating a DAO is 1 AMAX. After creation, choose a DAO governance token. You can create a new token or use APL as the governance token.

3. DAO management. In MetaDAO, channels and chat rooms can be created. All members in the chat room can speak, while only the owner and admins of the channel can speak.

In channels and chat rooms, users can exchange graphic and textual information, send and receive redpacks and NFT gift boxes without fees, and use FixSwap to exchange tokens between themselves.

4. Add friends. DAO owners and admins can manage DAO groups like TG and QQ groups. They can click on group chat, set admins, top DAO groups, and prohibit certain members from operating within the group. Paid groups can also be set, which means that only invited members can join the group chat. Before inviting members, we need to add friends first. We can click on My -> Friend Request in MetaDAO to view friend profile or apply to add friends.

5. Experience the Metaverse. Kverso is Armonia's first Web3.0 metaverse application, where users can experience cosplay, online communication, NFT creation and distribution, etc. Users can download the metaverse version of APLink on the official website https://www.aplink.app/home/, and open MetaDAO -> Meta to experience the metaverse.
